Ingredients

  • 1 Handful organic spinach (rinsed)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Flaxseed
  • 1 Cup Organic Wild Blueberries
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup(ish) Liquid (water, almond milk, whatever you like to desired thickness)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend!

Notes

Adjust ice cubes and liquid amount to desired thickness/coldness. Protein amount largely depends on how exact you are with your peanut butter and greek yogurt.
