Rachel Ritlop
Rachel is the founder of The Confused Millennial Mom, a lifestyle blog sharing personal experience and advice to help other confused millennial mom's navigate this whole "#adulting" + #momming thing on topics like finance, montessori at home, motherhood, and more.
Rachel attended Montessori schools as a child and went on to earn her Bachelor Of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida where she worked as a research assistant under Dr. Iwatta and Dr. Volmer in Applied Behavior Analysis, primarily with children on the autism spectrum, and studied in the University's counseling center's biofeedback lab.
She went on to earn her Master's Degree in Education with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. On the road to become an LMHC she worked as a substance abuse and mental health counselor before creating her own Life Skills curriculum that she taught on the community level.
For over five years, Rachel spoke with over 10,000 students from 5th grade through college at local public and private schools about mental health, substance abuse, career development, and life skills before starting The Confused Millennial.
